By working with me you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All of the client’s information will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, the only exceptions being where it is required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else. The use of technology is not always secure and by working with Jo, the client accepts the risks in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom and other technology.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sessions will be arranged between Jo and the client, with the frequency of sessions based on a professional assessment of the client’s requirements. This recommendation, or plan, is not binding and may be altered and adjusted by mutual agreement, in accordance with the terms set out in this agreement. The number and frequency of sessions will be agreed at the start between Jo and the client, and confirmed by Jo by email. Where no specific number is agreed sessions will be provided on a session by session basis. Participation by any individual in the first session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

FORMAT OF SESSIONS
Due to Covid 19, sessions are currently via Zoom ; or other format where such is agreed. The length of each session is as agreed between Jo and the client before sessions commence.

SESSION FEES
Fees shall be agreed and notified to the client by email, in advance, of sessions commencing.

PAYMENT TERMS
Fees are payable in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed.
Fees can be paid by bank transfer. Where receipts are requested, they will be sent by e-mail.
Where payment has not been received by Jo in advance of a session, Jo is not obliged to provide the session.

DATES AND TIMES OF SESSIONS
The date and time of the first session and any subsequent session will be confirmed by Jo by email or at the end of the previous session. If agreed, a reminder text will be sent by Jo prior to the next session.

REARRANGING SESSIONS
If a client needs to rearrange a session, they should provide at least 48 hours notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours notice has been given. Similarly if Jo needs to rearrange a coaching session she will also give the client 48 hours notice where practical. Where a client pays for a session or sessions in advance those session(s) must be taken within 6 months of the payment date or their fee is forfeited.
