What does a Mindset Coach do?

A Mindset Coach works with the unconscious patterns in the mind, 

These patterns are an accumulation of all your life experiences, which ultimately form your values, beliefs and perceptions.

Feelings of fear, anxiety, stress and overwhelm are your minds way of protecting you

from difficult experiences.

They all start as thoughts and when you think differently about them, you have a different experience. 

A Mindset Coach, helps you identify those thoughts that are holding you back.  

Fear can often be a contributing factor eg. fear of not being good enough, which can lead to a belief that this is what life is and you can't change it.                           

Imagine what your life could be like, if you could change those thoughts to:

  • You are enough, just as you are.
  • You can have the life you deserve
  • life is for living.

Mindset Coach

Mindset Coaching is not a talking therapy, in the traditional way.

Whilst it is necessary to identify the underlying problem, it is not necessary to go into a lot of detail.

It is more about the clients memory and perception, which will be updated.
