We all have emotions which are central to how we experience the world.
Emotions are physical feelings in the body that don’t have a physical origin and are created in the mind.
Neuroscience defines the mind as a combination of our beliefs, attitudes, perceptions and values through which we experience the world and which I believe create our emotional reactions to life.
Our mind is similar to a computer; it runs the programs we have installed in it.
Just as a computer needs to have old programs updated, our mind needs to have old emotional information from the past reset.
This information is what I refer to as limiting beliefs and is closely connected to our experience of stress.
I work from my home in Glenavy, approx ten miles outside Belfast. I will send you detailed directions before your visit.
